My videos are fan based and some are home made. Im pretty sure its my background music.Is there a program I can use so the copyright filter wont pick it up? How are other people posting soundtrack (copyrighted) music with no problem? Once again my videos are created by me,but the music is not. PLEASE HELP!!

I’ve been making videos for makeup contest and used minute-long portions of songs such as So Happy I Could Die by Lady Gaga. Could I get in trouble for this, even though it isn’t the full song? I would like to someday become a youtube partner, and I can’t do so if I have these marks on my record.

I want to know if I’m allowed to use a game image (ex: Mario’s Hat) in a logo of a website that deals with selling Nintendo games. If not, is there a way around it like personally drawing it and having the M switch with the sites initials?
