I have never heard of of ANY software seeking legal action against customers for registering on more then one computer. I have even used the same windows key on more then one computer and tech support at microsoft gave the go ahead. Remember the anti-virus company provides you with (usually) daily updates. If the number of updates sent to the serial number is consistently high, then they can and do have a legal department to take care of things for them. Yes and yes.
