I was wondering if it would be legal if someone downloaded something like Adobe Photoshop CS4 for free and only used it personally. Or is it totally illegal? Is it even possible to get a product like that for free? Are there any other sources you can point me to that can tell me more about this?

Let’s say I have a comic. Then my character is drinking Sprite, but I state that I didn’t create Sprite and that it’s copyrighted by the Coca-Cola Company. Am I allowed to do that? Or do I have to make it a generic brand? Plus the scene was in McDonald’s. I don’t know if that’s a problem too.
Is it true that the bible is like a software license?

I want to start software training institute in India with legal software license, In case if i could not able to afford i want to purchase / contract from some other 3rd party company instead of direct company. Basically i am looking to start SAP software training institute, can any one tell me approximately how much i need to invest for SAP software license to train the people or take license from 3rd party company.
Is it legal to buy counterfit software off of eBay as long as your not the one selling it?

I personally don’t care as long as the software works, and it doesn’t need updates. If it does, their is usually a crack to bypass the online checks. If I can get the software for dirt cheap and save my self a couple hundred dollars in the process, why should I care if I bought legit software or not.

A recent video of mine has been blocked everywhere but Canada because a song I included infringes a certain Audio company’s copyright. By switching this song with a track from YouTube’s AudioSwap feature, is my video now safe from being blocked because of its audio?
